About
Paul applies his experience and technical expertise in forensic and insolvency matters to reliably deliver focused solutions.
Drawing upon over 25 years as a law firm partner, commercial experience from various board appointments, and professional qualifications. These include an MBA, specialist accreditation in commercial litigation, and a master’s degree in law.
As well as appearing as an advocate in many matters, Paul is honoured to be a Fellow of, and contribute to, the work of the peak insolvency body, ARITA.

Acting of Trustee Liquidator over Trust Fund Claims
Acting for the liquidation of the Aboriginal Funeral Benefit Fund in the New South Wales Supreme Court proceedings. After recovery of around $14 million, seek orders to appoint a Liquidator as Trustee, to determine the beneficiary pool and to take in accounts.
